Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Review upcoming deadlines for specific assignments.
Check in with individuals in responsible of those assignments and emphasize the importance of meeting their deadlines.
Participate in meetings throughout the day with the project team, announce changes to current schedule or project budget.
Follow up and track tasks and deliverables with the team and across all departments to ensure that all aspects of the project are up to date and all needed parts are ordered.
Meet with members of upper management to relay team’s progress and to advocate for additional funding or project execution.

Position Overview

We are hiring a dynamic Senior Sales Engineer to drive sales growth and expansion in the high-speed test and measurement/interconnect markets. A successful candidate will assume a major role in managing key strategic accounts. This includes identifying new business opportunities within these accounts, fostering strategic partnerships, nurturing and scaling existing projects, driving cross-selling to promote the full portfolio, and managing post-sales support cases. The Senior Sales Engineer will work closely with the MultiLane Inc FAE, sales, and operations teams and engineering teams to align product delivery timelines and specifications with customer requirements.

This position reports directly to the General Manager of MultiLane Inc USA.

Roles and Responsibilities

1) Strategic Account Relationship Management

• Establish strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand demand forecasts, specific product feedback, and requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key strategic accounts for all feedback and inquiries; serve as the interface between internal MultiLane teams and stakeholders at external accounts.
• Strive for 100% completion of booking targets and associated KPIs.

2) Pre- and Post-Sales Support

• Ensure demand forecasts are accurately scoped out by operations and engineering teams.
• Expand MultiLane’s presence within established accounts to identify additional sales opportunities.
• Log all opportunities (closed/lost/won/scheduled) within said accounts in our HubSpot CRM.
• Regularly follow up internally with post-sales order fulfillment, ensuring backlogs are addressed efficiently and proactively.
• Ensure technical issues/requirements are directed to the correct FAE, and follow up with internal FAEs to ensure all open technical issues are addressed comprehensively and swiftly.

3) Strategic Contributions to Sales & Marketing

• Actively contribute to MultiLane's global sales strategy in terms of sales tactics, engagement timelines, and customer requirements.
• Provide input to marketing teams regarding suggested improvements in product promotion and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with key accounts and attending team at the exhibitions.
• Work closely with key accounts and participate with the team at exhibitions.

4) General Sales Management and Support

• Interface with general MultiLane customers for sales support, company presentations, visits, and meetings as needed by the overall business.
• Assist and drive strategic engagements and opportunities, even those outside the initial list of supported accounts.
• Independently identify new opportunities for revenue and align with the internal team on the plan of action.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Assist in the creation of marketing and promotional materials in Social Media and others.
2. Coordinate trade shows, virtual events, and webinars with the team.
3. Responsible for the paid media, owned media and earned media marketing mix i.e. PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Affiliate/Partnership, membership.
4. Help with the creation of excellent PPT presentations to support team efforts.
5. Assist with sending out internal and external communications using MailChimp.
6. Update the website with the latest information and softwares according to the engineers’ recommendation.
7. Support regular publications with formatting and editing while enforcing brand guidelines.
(Datasheets, White papers, newsletters, press releases, manuals and other technical documents, presentations, etc.)
8. Responsible to complete additional job duties as assigned by team leader.

Skills, Competencies and Knowledge

1. Deep experience working in the Microsoft Office suite including excellent and fast PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
2. Experienced in building effective multi-channel marketing strategies including PPC, SEO, social media, MailChimp, WordPress and other channels.

Position Overview

Santa Clara, California, United States
We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Director of Strategic Accounts to drive sales growth and expansion in the high-speed test and measurement/interconnect markets. A successful candidate will assume the primary role in managing key strategic accounts. This includes scoping new business opportunities within said accounts, fostering strategic partnerships, nurturing/scaling existing projects, driving cross selling to promote full portfolio and directing post-sales support cases. The DSA will work closely with the MultiLane Inc FAE/Sales teams, along with engineering teams to align product delivery timelines and specifications with the customer requirements.

This position reports directly to the President/General Manager of MultiLane Inc (Hani Daou).

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

1) Strategic Account Relationship Management:
• Establish strong cadence with key customer stakeholders to understand demand forecast, specific product feedback and requirements.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their semiconductor/system testing strategy and recommend appropriate MultiLane solutions
  • Install and debug test systems both at the hardware and software level
  • Help customers best utilize and leverage MultiLane software and hardware equipment
  • Frequently interface with MultiLane operations and engineering teams to support customers’ specific needs
  • Gather market intelligence and potential customers leads and share with internal sales team
  • Articulate and communicate new product ideas gained through customer facing role
  • On-site customer support will require some travel (domestic USA or Lebanon)

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering is a must
  • Emphasis on Electronics and/or Telecom is a must
  • Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is a plus
  • Knowledge of Linux/C++ is a plus
  • Experience with high-speed test equipment such as BERTs and Oscilloscopes is a plus
  • Experience developing control software for electrical test equipment is a plus
  • Experience with high-speed Ethernet, PCle and USB PHY is a plus
  • Experience with fundamental electrical test equipment like multimeters, benchtop power supplies, solder station is a plus

Position Overview

We seek a dynamic and experienced Sr Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in the high-speed test and measurement market. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships. As a key member of our team, the Sr. BDM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and positioning the company for success in a competitive marketplace. The Sr. BDM will work closely with the Measurement Solution BU General Manager and the individual Product Line Managers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Identifying and Closing Opportunities:
    • Research and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and expansion.
    • Assess market needs and customer requirements to develop targeted strategies for business development.
  2. Building Strategic Partnerships:
    • Establish and maintain partnerships with other companies, organizations, or institutions to enhance the company's offerings and broaden its market reach.

  3. Generating Leads:
