This suite of products begins with the TDSO-050 Offered by Teledyne Scientific, this instrument is a PDA size 15GHz digital sampling scope with USB/Ethernet. It acts as a comprehensive measurement libraries for eye-diagram, jitter analysis and decomposition, mask margin tests, pattern capture and measurement capability.

FLEX DSO
Is a dual channel 15GHz digital sampling scope in a compact form factor compatible with the Teradyne Ultra-Flex stiffener. It can be used independently without the tester resources for offline characterization. The FLEX DSO has also a direct interface to the ATE pins, where it operates directly from by tester and performs full TX characterization in tens of milliseconds making it suitable for testing in high volume manufacturing.

Is a multifunctional instrument including a 15GHz sampling scope, a 10G BERT and a multi-unit interval signal shaper, a feature that characterizes EDC capable SerDes, dispersion Tolerance and Stress Testing. The module operates in stand alone or in conjunction with an ATE tester. It has the capability to test the receiver tolerance to signal dispersion, pulse spreading and the SerDes tolerance to different PCB trace length up to 300pS of tail. The instrument is ideal for Long Reach Multi-Mode (LRM) capable SerDes, KR SerDes, linear SFP+ modules, as well as to verify compliance and conformance to the various IEEE standards.
