MultiLane SAL (Offshore) is looking for an enthusiastic telecom systems engineer / architect. The individual must have design experience and
protocol experience in SONET/SDH, T1/E1/DS3, OTN, Gigabit Ethernet, SNMP & Network Management using available ASSP chips.
Jobs responsibilities include:
• Customer interface (RFP responses, Product Definition, understand customer requirements, marketing materials)
• Product Management (Product specification, architecting, detailed design, documentation, cost and schedule management,
implementation & validation through customer acceptance)
• Team Leadership (Lead development & testing team, train junior FAE and design staff)

Job Description
1. Software team lead responsible for the delivery of the whole team, and responsibility for timely project execution
2. Develop Window applications using the C# language and the .net platform.
3. Develop managed DLLs using C# and unmanaged using C++ and C.
4. Develop firmware applications using C.
5. Training new members joining the SW team.
Skills
1. Management Skills
i.Team leadership - ability to lead a team and guide its members to get the job done. Must put all his know-how and experience in the hand of all
team members.
ii.Training skills - capable of training new members to ramp up with speed and become productive and effective.
iii.Communicates with the team all useful information found such as technical articles, books, tools … that will help them develop their know-how.
2. Technical Skills
i. Knowledge of the C# language and the .Net platform.
ii. Knowledge of the C language.
iii.Knowledge of Visual Studio and all its functions and shortcuts.
iv.Knowledge of scripting languages such as tcl and perl.
v. Knowledge and use of source control tools.
3. Plus
i. Knowledge of linux and embedded linux.
ii. Computer hardware and networking.
Requirements:
·Good knowledge in low current systems
·Good knowledge in microcontrollers and computer architecture
·Good knowledge in assembly (PIC microchip 18F families and above, 16-bit/DSP is a huge plus)
·Good knowledge in C language (mainly low level, bit-wise and logical operations)
·Good knowledge in various digital communication protocols (SPI, I2C, USB; Ethernet & MDIO are a plus)
·Good communication skills
Education: BE/BS Computer Engineering. ME/MS is a plus.
Experience: minimum of 3 to 6 months

world. We are looking to fill Junior Engineering positions for system design, FPGA implementation and verification. The qualified candidate
for this position would be a recent graduate from Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering with an aptitude for digital circuit design
concepts and an eye for catching logic bugs. Training will be provided, but experience with VHDL or Verilog design and verification is an asset,
as is any exposure to communications protocols (10Gb Ethernet, SONET/SDH, OTN, etc.). This is a fast paced and demanding market
which requires dedicated, and highly motivated teams to compete with the best networking companies in the world.

• Select a BGA rework station, develop the skills to operate it
