Product Description
Flex DSO, is a 15G dual Digital Sampling Oscilloscope, ATE friendly, automatically performs accurate eye-diagram analysis to characterize the quality of transmitters and receivers, implementing a statistical under-sampling technique with comprehensive software libraries that for eye measurements and jitter analysis and processing of NRZ data, designed for characterization as well manufacturing.


DSO Pulse Mask Application
, this feature is the first step for signal de-embedding and characterizing the system impulse response; this application is intended for calibrating the impulse response of an LRM signal generator. The tool has the standard stress masks for LRM pre-cursor, LRM post cursor, LRM symmetric, and LRM Clean Eye.
