Product Description
Flex DSO, is a 15G dual Digital Sampling Oscilloscope, ATE friendly, automatically performs accurate eye-diagram analysis to characterize the quality of transmitters and receivers, implementing a statistical under-sampling technique with comprehensive software libraries that for eye measurements and jitter analysis and processing of NRZ data, designed for characterization as well manufacturing.
DSO Pulse Mask Application, this feature is the first step for signal de-embedding and characterizing the system impulse response; this application is intended for calibrating the impulse response of an LRM signal generator. The tool has the standard stress masks for LRM pre-cursor, LRM post cursor, LRM symmetric, and LRM Clean Eye.
