Product Description
The TDSO-050 Digital Sampling Oscilloscope (DSO) is a fully integrated,
ultra compact, Ethernet/ USB controlled instrument that automatically
performs accurate eye-diagram analysis to characterize the quality of
transmitters, receivers and interconnects with a 15GHz input BW.
The TDSO-050 implements a statistical under-sampling technique with
comprehensive software libraries for eye measurements, jitter analysis and
processing of NRZ data.

DSO Pulse Mask Application (DPMA)
This feature is the first step for signal de-embedding and characterizing the system impulse
response; this application is intended for calibrating the impulse response of an LRM signal
generator. The tool has the standard stress masks for LRM pre-cursor, LRM post cursor, LRM
symmetric, and LRM Clean Eye, and can be found in a separate package from the DSO.
